Charm Optical proudly accepts AISH (Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped) for eye exams and eyeglasses. If you receive AISH benefits, you are entitled to coverage for routine eye care and we handle the billing for you.

Eye Exams

AISH covers one comprehensive eye exam every two years (or annually if medically necessary). The exam is fully covered with no out-of-pocket cost to you.

Eyeglasses

AISH provides an allowance for prescription eyeglasses every two years. The allowance covers basic frames and lenses. Upgrades like progressive lenses may have an additional cost.
