Do I need a prescription to buy glasses?
Yes, you need a valid prescription to buy prescription glasses or sunglasses. If you don’t have one, no problem — just book an eye exam with us and we’ll get you sorted. You can browse frames on the same visit.
How long does it take to get my glasses?
Most prescription glasses are ready within 7–10 business days. Some single-vision prescriptions can be done faster. We’ll give you an exact timeline when you order. We’ll call you as soon as they’re ready for pickup.
Can I try on frames before buying?
Absolutely! We encourage it. Come into our south Edmonton store and try on as many frames as you like. Our staff can help you find the right fit and style for your face. No appointment needed to browse — just walk in.
Do you carry sunglasses with prescriptions?
Yes! Almost all of our eyewear brands offer sunglasses that can be fitted with your prescription lenses. Prescription sunglasses are covered by most insurance plans too. Just bring your benefits card and we’ll bill them directly.
